As many of you are aware, last year Microsoft acquired Engyro for its suite of connectors to MOM 2005 and Operations Manager 2007. While many have speculated over what would come of the Engyro offerings after Microsoft removed them from the market, today Steve Rachui annouced on his Manageability blog that Microsoft has decided to release the Engyro suite free of charge!
While we’re still having to wonder how to actually go about obtaining the connectors, at least there is hope of finally having a free solution to turn Operations Manager 2007 into the "single pane of glass" that it was designed to be.
