From the System Center Team Blog:
Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager 2010 (DPM 2010) is not currently available in China and the software cannot be provided to customers in China. If you purchase a suite (SMSE, SMSD, Client Management Suite, and/or ECAL) that includes rights to DPM 2010 or you purchase DPM 2010 standalone, you can download and use Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager 2007 (DPM 2007) until DPM 2010 is made available in China. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Please note, this only impacts DPM 2010 availability in China. Thanks!
